In this trading game, players plant crops on fields and sell harvested goods to customers for profit. Each round, acquire cards through bidding that represent fields, customers, helpers, and special items. Plant goods to fill entire fields, then harvest one unit per field each turn. Use unlimited actions to trade and sell, constrained only by available cards and goods. Invest earnings on a scoring track where earlier investments yield higher points. Victory goes to whoever advances furthest on the scoring track.

Get Ready

Setup the game with these step-by-step instructions before diving into your turn.

Add score tracking tokens

Place glass drops near the play area to track when players buy extra victory points beyond the standard one per turn

Prepare extra resource tokens

Keep colored cardboard squares in a bag to supplement wooden vegetables if components run short at maximum player count

Add high-value currency

Use 10-cash denomination coins (such as Japanese 5-yen coins) to facilitate large transactions in later rounds

Replace loan cards with chips

Substitute red plastic Bingo chips for the additional cards normally taken when receiving a 5-cash loan

On Your Turn

What you can do during your turn.

Buy one victory point

Spend 1 cash to advance your scoring marker one space (standard each turn)

Buy extra victory points

Spend increasing amounts for 2nd or 3rd points in a turn

Purchase additional fields

Pay the adjusted deflating price based on current round:

Use Tenant Farmer

Apply the same deflating field prices when taking a private field early

Coordinate with all players

Ask other players in advance whether resources will be available; make trades or arrangements cooperatively

Avoid attack cards

Only use cards with purple balloon icons near end of round, with permission from the affected player

Use Deliveryman card

This does not change the timing of Regular Customers at other players' shops

Stack shared customer sales

When multiple players sell to the same customer, both receive the same price and vegetables stack together

Trade at market stalls

Consider trading or selling vegetables before stalls refill when swapped

How to claim victory.

Track score accurately

Verify your scoring marker position using round count plus extra point tokens

Verify round completion

Count empty places in your original field to confirm which round just ended

Reconstruct displaced scores

Use glass drops to recalculate position if scoring pawns are accidentally knocked off the track
