3-7 players 25-25 min 6.9 Board Game Geek Rating

Players guess answers to trivia questions, then bet on which response they think is closest without exceeding the correct answer. You can wager on your own guess or others' answers based on odds. Victory comes through accurate guessing, smart betting, or understanding fellow players' knowledge areas.

Get Ready

Setup the game with these step-by-step instructions before diving into your turn.

Assemble the game board
Combine the three board parts and place the assembled board in the center of the table

Prepare the bank
Place all 98 colored chips (64 red, 17 blue, 17 green) in a pile near the board as the bank

Distribute markers
Give each player one marker; return unused markers to the box

Distribute player chips
Give each player two chips of the same color; return unused chips to the box
5
Distribute answer cards
Give each player one answer card matching their chip color
6
Prepare question cards
Place seven question cards near the board with the yellow side face up as the question deck; return remaining cards to the box

On Your Turn

What you can do during your turn.

Read the question
Read aloud the question corresponding to the current round number from the question card

Write your guess
Each player secretly writes their numerical guess on their answer card and places it face down

Arrange answers on the board
Collect all answer cards and arrange them face up on the board spaces in ascending order from smallest to largest

Place your bets
Put both of your player chips on answer cards you believe are closest to the correct answer without exceeding it
5
Reveal the correct answer
Read the answer from the question card

Determine the winning guess
The winning answer is the one closest to the correct answer without exceeding it
7
Award author bonus
Players who wrote the winning guess receive 3 red chips each

Calculate bet winnings
Multiply your stake by the space multiplier (2:1 doubles, 3:1 triples, etc.) and take that many chips from the bank
9
Handle losing bets
Return your player chips (they cannot be lost); any colored chips bet on non-winning answers are returned to the bank
10
Prepare for next round
Collect answer cards, erase the numbers, and place the used question card in the discard pile blue side up

Winning

How to claim victory.

1
Play seven rounds
Complete all seven rounds of questions and betting

Count your chips
After the seventh round, total all earned chips (red = 1 point, blue = 5 points, green = 25 points)

Determine the winner
The player with the most points wins
4
Break ties
In case of a tie, the youngest player or team with the youngest player wins
5
Team play option
For 8-21 players, divide into teams that share answer cards and chips; teams must agree on answers and bets together
