Get Ready

Setup the game with these step-by-step instructions before diving into your turn.

Select your Guardians
Each player chooses three personal Guardians before setup is completed: one Tier 1 Guardian, one Tier 2 Guardian, and one Tier 3 Guardian

Designate divine servants
These chosen Guardians become each player's personal divine servants that will activate throughout the game

On Your Turn

What you can do during your turn.

Tier 1 Guardian activation
When the Event Track reaches the 3rd Monument Event, both players may immediately summon their Tier 1 Guardian for free

Tier 2 Guardian activation
When the Event Track reaches the 7th Monument Event, both players may immediately summon their Tier 2 Guardian for free
3
Tier 3 Guardian activation
When the Event Track reaches the 11th Monument Event, both players may immediately summon their Tier 3 Guardian for free
4
Place adjacent to Monument
The summoned Guardian must be placed on an empty space adjacent to a Monument controlled by that player
5
Follow standard rules
Placement must follow standard adjacency and occupancy rules
6
Hold if blocked
If no adjacent spaces are free, the Guardian remains "on hold" until the player later uses a standard Summon action to place it

Time Guardian entries
Each Guardian Tier enters at specific pacing points (early-mid game, midgame power spike, late-mid game/pre-merge) to maximize strategic advantage

Maintain action economy
The free summoning system preserves action economy while adding strategic depth through timed Guardian awakenings
